Rest assured, I will maintain the property's cleanliness during your guest's stay. If your guests are with you for more than four nights or more, I'll take care of the trash pickup halfway through their stay and also on the checkout day. This ensures that your next guests won't have to deal with overflowing trash cans and that they will find the property spotless.

I will conduct a walkthrough of your house once your guests have checked out to ensure there is no damage. I will also do a house walkthrough once the cleaners have finished to ensure the home is ready for the incoming guests.  

Your dirty laundry will be picked up on the day of checkout. It will then be washed, dried, and folded, and will be returned to the house on the next change-over day.
