• Hold a key so if the tenants lock them selves out I could let them back in
• Handle any problems the tenant may have
• Be the contact person for any contractors that are working on the property

• Check the property when the owner is not there

• Walk around exterior of the home and property to make sure everything is ok
• Walk through the home to check for problems
• Bring in the mail, news paper and packages

• Manage any contractors working on the property
